This was a digital staging project where I took pictures of a client’s empty room and put in furniture to show prospective buyers what the room could look like furnished. The room was big enough to be a bedroom for two children, so the furniture was put in to show scale.
By doing it digitally, the client saved money on renting furniture, time to move it in/setup, furniture insurance, and of course no physical labor.
The images will be printed out and displayed in the room for potential buyers to see, and can also be used online in real estate listings.

Project phase one complete
This idea is for the smaller projects so I can help more “real” people. In that I mean the regular people who live on budgets but want change in their lives. That can come in the form of getting help with designing rooms in their home, getting assistance with furniture or maybe paint selections.
The one day design is for those who are intimidated by hiring an designer or feel it’s not in their budget. By doing a one day design, you get the end product that you need but at a faster rate which equals money and time saved. Most of this will be done over the phone, email, or text so we can help anybody anywhere. For those lucky enough to be in the same area get a little bit more… of my time.
For me, in the end it’s about helping people. I love being able to help them get a revamped space but without breaking the bank.
